Today's the 20th year anniversary of my Mothers death. Her name is Carmela. She passed away the day before my 40th birthday, she was only 67. As I type the tears are streaming down my cheeks, Mom how I still miss you. She was such a beautiful and loving Mother.***

ReplyDeleteYour Mother looks like she was a fun person! The pain thats in your heart after loosing someone never seems to go away does it? I have a pain in my heart that won't go away after the death of my dear grandparents. I miss them so much!!God Bless you Mary and I'm glad you have such happy memories of your mom.

ReplyDeleteI lost my mom in October of last year, not even a year ago. She was only 68 years old. When I read Missing my Mother today it made me cry. I am missing my momma too. But you haven't seen your precious momma for 20 years! I am so sorry. I keep hoping the hurt will go away even just alittle as time goes on. God bless you today

ReplyDeleteMy Mom died at age 68 and one month. I was 32 years old and 5 months pregnant. Her goal was to live until the baby was born. When she knew that would not happen, she begged me to find out what sex my baby was. I told her I wanted to be surprised. I hope she knew anyway. I miss her daily and know how she would have loved her grandkids I gave her and they would have loved her!!
I hope your memories of your beautiful Mom hold you through these hard days.
