~Update on Isabella~

Photo taken of Isabella by Isabella :-}

Handmade splints by Doctor/therapist for two fingers.
Isa & Sam being silly

My 11 year old Granddaughter Isabella was diagnosed with Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis 3 years ago. Because of this disease she's endured flair ups, surgery, test after test, blood work, medications with shots, splints on hands, wrist (now fingers), braces, shoe inserts, therapy 3 times a week and lots of exercise.
She must now go back to extensive therapy on her hands and wear splints on 6 fingers all the time. If she does not do this she could loose the use of her hands/fingers....
For now the Doctor made temporary splints (more to come) until she gets permanent ones.
So far Isabella is fine with all this. Her Mama is worried sick about her. Poor Mama has not been able to sleep. Say a prayer for her too!
So for now Isabella's not in remission, maybe she will be some day. Until then we pray and Isabella works hard to keep active. Bless her sweet heart, shes such a great kid!
Read about this precious 7 year who wears ring splints and whats she been through....

Please pray for my Granddaughter Isabella.. We were told by her Rheumatologist Wednesday that she is not in remission from her Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis.
She had x rays and blood work.
She may require surgery on her middle fingers on both hands.
She must also start back to extensive therapy on her hands.
God bless this precious little 11 year old!
It's one step forward and then two steps back for her.
She is VERY upset that she may not be able to play Fall Soft ball or start back Cheer leading,
she had to stop Cheering 3 years ago when she was diagnosed with the JRA.
This would have been her first year back to Cheering..
We will pray that the x-rays are better then expected...
~God please bless and watch over my Isabella~

~PLEASE pray for Deena~

Dear blogging friends..
I received an email from our sweet friend Deena of Can I Be Pretty In Pink today.
I couldn't get Deena off my mind these past few days so I emailed her and asked how she was doing..God bless her, she has the best attitude with all she's going through.
She is truly a blessing and such an inspiration to all of us!
I'd like everyone who reads this to PLEASE stop and say a prayer for Deena.
This precious Gal has gone through so much and continues to do so.
She's been there for so many of us, lets be there for her with thoughts and many prayers.
Thanks so much!
Hugs, much love and best wishes to our friend Deena.
