  5. Mary, I'm curious - do you find soldering to be difficult? I've been itching to get learn how to make charms, but I've been told it's hard. I know it takes practice. So you think it's worth it, huh?

Yours are beautiful - you're doing a great job!

  9. Stephanie & Betty, I found Bella's (my) jacket at a thrift shop & then added the collar, pockets, & cuffs using vintage 40s barkcloth fabric..
    Glad you like it.

  10. Lori, No the charms are not hard to make.. Sometimes I do not get a straight cut on the glass & the solder is bumpy.
    Do give it a try..
I still am not sure I'm doing them correctly.
I just bought the stuff & gave it a try..

  11. Hello Mary, Happy New Year! Your charm braclet is so pretty. My mother had a beautiful one just packed with charms, I gave it to my daughter Jen, she treasures it! Your previous post shows my favorite book. I dream of having a creative space like that one day. Your space is beautiful and you should be in that book. Somerset is doing a take off of that book and you should be in it. They are looking for people for the next issue. Your christmas decorations were just beautiful in previous posts.
    BLess You! SHirl
