I'm crazy about my curtains! I won this fabulous old 40s fabric on eBay. They were a long sofa pillow cover and 3 large pillow covers only $9.99! Can't believe I won them.
I soaked them, then took the long sofa pillow cover and one pillow cover apart and made (with linings) 4 curtains...
2 fireplace curtains and 2 long window curtains. I still have 2 large pillow covers left.
I love the look!!
I found a roll of rose wallpaper at the thrift Tues. for $1.50. So yesterday I papered my red wall in my studio. I LOVE the look! I know I should have painted my cupboards but I just do not have the energy right now. Anyone want to come help me? LOL..
I love having a sink and cupboards in my studio. They are so handy!

Blessings,Shelley
Those curtains are wonderful! You have a terrific eye for finding the best in vintage fabrics. Did you know that you wanted the fabric to be curtains when you bought it? Susan
Hi Mary, thanks for visiting my blog and for your sweet comments. You actually bought a little rose ceiling tin from me a long time ago on ebay. My seller name back then was eric-and-lisa, but now I am selling as athingforroses. I think I have bought something from you on ebay too, but I can't remember what it was. I guess I buy too much on ebay. Love your pretty curtains and your roses wallpaper in your studio. But my favorite thing is the scallop edge on your cabinet. I love anything with scallops. And roses, and pink. Okay, I guess I love a lot of things. Have a beautiful day!

You did a great job with the fabric and the wall paper! Very pretty.
