What a fun day yesterday was.

Both my Grandchildren had ball games. Isabella age 11 played softball. Sam age 8 played baseball. Sam's team is now the city Little League champ for the second year in a row! Congratulation s to son-in-law/coach Jeff and Grandson Sam for a great game and season!

You guys are just the very best!

~Prayers needed for friends~

My dear sweet blog friends..

I'm again asking for your help with prayers. I have 2 friends who need our prayers.

One is a beautiful Gal named Judy. She has brain cancer.

Thursday at 7:00 Am EST she will have surgery

to have a port put into her scull so she can have chemo treatments.

The other is Todd that is in need of a kidney.

He has Diabetes and is in stage 5 kidney failure.

So if you can find it in your heart PLEASE say a prayer for these 2 wonderful people.

Well the day I have been dreading is here, this Gal is 60 years old.
I have to face it. This is not an easy task admitting it or adding these photos..
Sorry today is no better then yesterday.
I'd love to hear from you Gals today young & old.
The Gals that have turned 60... did you have such a hard time of it?
I'm not a vain person but I just feel old and not of much use these days...how sad.
I know I have much to be grateful for and will reflect on them.
So I'll do my best to get through this day and the next & the next.
I wish you all a day filled with sunshine & smiles :-}

~Missing my Mother today~

Today's the 20th year anniversary of my Mothers death. Her name is Carmela. She passed away the day before my 40th birthday, she was only 67. As I type the tears are streaming down my cheeks, Mom how I still miss you. She was such a beautiful and loving Mother.

~My PRAYER for today & everyday~

You never know when God is going to bless you.

Good things happen when you least expect them to.

Dear Lord, I thank You for this day, I thank You for my being able to see and to hear this morning. I'm blessed because You are a forgiving God and an understanding God. You have done so much for me and You keep on blessing me. Forgive me this day for everything I have done, said or thought that was not pleasing to you. I ask now for Your forgiveness. Please keep me safe from all danger and harm. Help me to start this day with a new attitude and plenty of gratitude. Let me make the best of each and every day to clear my mind so that I can hear from You. Please broaden my mind that I can accept all things. Let me not whine and whimper over things I have no control over. And give the best response when I'm pushed beyond my limits. I know that when I can't pray, You listen to my heart. Continue to use me to do Your will. Continue to bless me that I may be a blessing to others. Keep me strong that I may help the weak... Keep me uplifted that I may have words of encouragement for others. I pray for those that are lost and can't find their way. I pray for those that are misjudged and misunderstood. I pray for those who don't know You intimately. I pray for those that will delete this without sharing it with others I pray for those that don't believe. But I thank you that I believe that God changes people and God changes things. I pray for all my sisters and brothers. For each and every family member in their households. I pray for peace, love and joy in their homes that they are out of debt and all their needs are met. I pray that every eye that reads this knows there is no problem, circumstance, or situation greater than God. Every battle is in Your hands for You to fight. I pray that these words be received into the hearts of every eye that sees it.

Just repeat this phrase and see how God moves!
