My Daughter & I went to see the movie Julie & Julia.. it was fun!
I loved Amy Adams.
I'm not a big Julia fan & thought I'd not like the movie but I did.
Meryl did a very nice job too..

This is good to hear. I'm a big Streep fan and Adams is a cutie. She has some young acting chops for sure. I think the movie will be one of those, "no worries" type movies.

Hello Sweet Friend,I hope to go see Julia,but it has to wait until I go see Harry. I am slow:) Burl and I watched "Doubt" with Meryl the other night. I am sorry to say it was a little depressing. But she is a good actress. Hope you are enjoying the weekend. Love Ya Me:)
It wouldn't let me see it, maybe because I am in UK. I like Merryl Streep, great actress. Will see if I can get more info on the film on a UK website maybe.

What we all need is a good chick flick. It's on my list to go to in the next two days on my day off. Tonight my husband is playing poker with his buddies in our garage and I'm in blog land...oh what a blissful night...posted on the Wizard of Oz gala party today, come take a peek!
I have seen the previews, and not sure it is my type of movie.. it did look like it had some fun parts... I will wait to rent it I think..

Mary, I want to see this movie too, I love Meryl Streep but I am such a goober that I wait for them to come out on dvd so I can watch them in my jammies and eat nacho seasoned popcorn:) well then there is the added benefit of watching good parts over and over.
