I love my new mantel clock!
Great find at TJ Maxx for $10.
Here are some of the prints I used to decorate with.
I used some vintage postcards & prints that I altered
Printed them on old 1912 sheet music & parchment paper.
Also used some family photos that I also altered.
Found old wood frames at the thrift from .20 to .90 cents each
painted them black..
I designed & made these Witches last year..

Your Halloween house is just bewitching! I am sooo in love with silhouettes ~ I'd love to try to do something like you've done with the Halloween images! Where on Earth do you find the witch shoes? Love them, too! Hugs to you, sweet friend!!

Stephanie... A friend gave me the Witch shoes/boots a few years ago. Thanks...They are fun!
Love to you too ~Mary~ :-}
Hi Dear Mary:
Dang it. I want to be your neighbor : )
I would walk by, several times, and just look at your witches!!!
It is raining in Sunny Southern California; my daughter told me it has rained the last 2 days in Los Angeles. It sprinkled here yesterday and now it is dissipating.
Must do my school work : )
Love & hugs

Your Halloween decorations surely added glamour and spooky-beauty to your house. I so love it. You are really ready for this year's Halloween season. Have a great day.:-)
What adorable clever touches to your decor ... what a good eye.
Have a beautiful weekend, my friend.

Mary, everything looks bewitching and I love Halloween, but I can't pull anything out until they are finished cleaning my carpets and by that time, it will be time for me to start decorating for Christmas. I love decorating early. I have a pair of witch shoes that a dear sweet friend just sent to me and a stack of wool pumpkins that are so adorable, so I have those out for display. Love your Halloween house, but we don't get too many kids here. They all go to the very rich neighborhoods, which I totally am against. I think one should stay in their own neighborhood, so we lost our little trick or treaters to the rich. Oh well, that's life and that's also greedy, so we don't miss it too much. Hope you have a fun Halloween with Sam and Bella. Love and hugs, Pat
It's such fun to visit all the blogs and see their Halloween decor! Thanks for sharing yours..I bet the Grands love it!
Deb :)
Your decorations are just adorable and I love the mantel clock that you got for a song! I keep getting inspired to start decorating too so I guess I'll have to make myself go to my garage and start opening boxes of goodies!
Have a great day!
Deanna :D
wow you have gone to a lot of effort there! Looks great!
what an awesome blog!!!!i love al your lovely pictures!!!
Love it all. I have the same Old Witch story book. I love old childrens' books especially Halloween.
I also love to paint thrifty picture frames. I found some ugly plastic fancy frames and painted them gloss black. What a difference it made.
A fun holiday at your house for sure!
Amy
I love your witches and decor! I would keep walking by if I was a neighbor as well. : )
Hi Mary! Just wondering if you still have your design shop/blog?
Hope all is going well!
