I have seen the most fabulous Tiaras made by such talented artists here on the blogs..So I thought I would give it a try. I'm not a scrapper or a stamper. I had no clue as how to really go about this project. It was fun and turned out just OK but maybe the next one will be better. I gathered some "stuff" (as you can see I'm messy) and went to work..
